Ingredients
  • 600 g cherry tomatoes very ripe and fresh
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil available at Golosi
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 5 basil leaves torn into strips
  • 500 g oreccietta pasta available at Golosi
  • 60 g pecorino cheese grated available at Golosi
  • salt & pepper

Instructions
  1. Squash the cherry tomatoes lightly with the tip of a knife. Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and fry gently for a few minutes, then add the tomatoes. Stir-fry for a few minutes, then add the basil and some salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and mix well with the sauce. Sprinkle with Pecorino cheese and serve immediately.
